Enhancements

We continually evolve Platform with a roadmap of development that we’ll release over the next 12 months. We’ve highlighted some of the new features in this latest release below for you.

#1 - NEW Net Promoter Score Survey Added 

What is it?

We have added a new survey as an Action Icon in the top-right corner.

Why have we done this?

We wanted to give you the opportunity to give us your feedback in real time. 

We will be alternating what questions we ask you, so keep an eye out!

Where can I find this in Platform?

1. Look to the action icons in the top-right corner of Platform 

2. Click the green clipboard, which says “Please complete our quick survey”

3. Use the pop-up window on the right to let us know how likely you are to recommend us. 

#2 - Control Tower: Price Variance KPIs Now Include Range

What is it?

We have changed the Price Variance KPIs in Control Tower to include both your Opportunity to NHS Median and your Opportunity to NHS Minimum (rather than an average of the two!). 

Why have we done this?

Many of you voiced that you preferred the range to the average, so we changed it for you. Now, you will be able to view the data that contributes directly to those figures.  

Where can I find this in Platform?

1. Click Control Tower from the Navigation panel on the left 

2. View the new figures under “Price Variance” 

#3 - Other Enhancements 

We have added a few more enhancements to make Platform better for you. 

• Manage > Raw Data - Added free text column

• Tile Info - More information text boxes updated across Platform

• PB > Opportunity - Tables extended vertically

• Adjustments to make Platform’s calculations/ load times faster 

Bug Fixes

A full list of enhancements and bug fixes is available in Platform under the  ‘CHANGELOG’ section, accessed from the left-hand navigation bar. 

Future releases

We’re always working on new features. Here’s a sneak peek of some of the ones we’re working on for a future release.

• “Write back” - A way for you to let us know what opportunities you’ve achieved 

• “Alerts” - Prompting you to sign into Platform when we identify critical changes in your data 

• Redesign of the Benchmarking area in Platform
